Bob Wallace
I was born in Bridlington in 1960 and qualified as a Solicitor in1992.
I am an Associate Solicitor with MMS Solicitors, managing the firm's Hornsea branch office specialising in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Planning and Domestic Conveyancing.

I was appointed by the Ministry of Justice as a Clerk to the General Commissioners of Income Tax for the divisions of Hull, Bridlington and South Holderness, a position which I have held from 1995 until incorporation of the service into the Tribunal service in 2009.
I have dealt with many high value personal injury claims involving brain injury or mental deficit which led me to appointment to the Court of Protection, Court appointed deputy panel, which involves taking care of the financial affairs of persons who are, through mental disability, accident or injury, not able to do so for themselves.
I am married and have two teenage daughters and I have lived in Hornsea for the past 14 years.
I am a keen sailor, and have raced out of the Royal Yorkshire Yacht Club in Bridlington since 1975 and am currently co-owner of a Starlight 30 Cruiser/racer yacht moored in Bridlington Harbour.
